Average fruit and cereals package

We assume that the average French person "sometimes" consumes local produce. The average deforestation footprint is therefore applied to this measure. Bearing in mind that some of the food concerned is forcedly imported and that even someone who claims to eat locally imports part of their food, the minimum weighting is 20% of the average footprint.
