Imported deforestation

This variable is used to deactivate the inclusion of imported deforestation in the calculations.

Notes

Two types of imported deforestation highlighted by the Pendril & al. study are missing from our model at this stage:

Imported deforestation linked to transport: estimated at an average of 3 kgCO2e per inhabitant, we judged it too low to make the model more complex and to include it. Also, as we do not know how to trace this deforestation, we do not know what criteria to use to variabilise it.
Deforestation linked to "services": estimated at an average of 56 kgCO2e per inhabitant, we do not know exactly what this covers.
