The objective of this small model is to estimate the average values associated with the dwelling (surface, surface heated with gas, consumption by heating...) to obtain a total average footprint of the dwelling which is representative of the average French person

The difficulty is that some households heat with gas (~40%), electricity (~40%), oil, wood, etc

We therefore attribute as an average climate footprint the kWh footprint of these energies weighted by their actual use in the French housing stock.
