🔥🔄 Replacing a gas boiler with a heat pump

Replacing a heating system that uses fossil fuels (such as gas) with one that uses renewable energy can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

For the time being, we consider the replacement of gas kWh by the same amount of electricity kWh to be a good first-order approximation. We can then adapt it to the performance of residential installations.

If you also heat your water with gas, you'll need to choose a heat pump that can also heat water.
