Here, we're talking about the electricity consumption mix. The figure comes from the Empreinte Base (Electricity/2022 - average mix/consumption), whose methodology is described in the documentation. MicMac v2.6 gave a value of 12.4gCO2e/kWh for "green" electricity suppliers, but this value seems to correspond to a theoretical calculation over the year, and not to an actual, minute-by-minute calculation.
