In a first approach, we chose to work on the menus proposed in the simulator by considering the emission factors of Agribalyse, updated by dividing the share of transport by 2.

Notes

These coefficients are obtained by reconstituting typical meals from the Base Carbone with equivalent products from Agribalyse and taking into account a transport share divided by 2. More concretely, the ratio = reconstituted meal with transport divided by 2 / reconstituted meal.
